The focus of this week will be on the connection between vision and movement.
Twenty hours of Feldenkrais teaching, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful location.
Cost: £335 - includes tuition, plus lunch every day except Saturday, and dinner on the first and last evenings.
Plenty of good local accommodation is available if you have transport. Basic accommodation is available on site at £100 in a shared room or £150 in a single room. Hostel rather than hotel - good beds, towels supplied, and breakfast. Transfers to and from Vic on arrival and departure are included for those staying on site.
You will need to organise and pay for your own flights.
Mas Fontarnau is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, near Vic, one hour from Barcelona. You can fly into Barcelona airport, or into Girona, which is a small local airport, safe and easy to get around. There is a bus from Girona airport to Vic. See The Actors Space website for bus times.
Classes are mostly 10 - 1 o'clock, and another hour later in the day. There is a lovely studio to work in - and a swimming pool. There will be a free day for a trip into Barcelona, or to spend time round the pool. We may have sessions on arrival and leaving days, depending on flights and connections. When you've booked your place, book your flight, and then let me know your times of arrival and departure. If it's not possible to work on either Wednesday, we'll add time in during the week.
