Bristol
Two-hour mini-workshops exploring a particular theme.
These are a good way to work in more depth, and you can come to one, some or all. The titles give the focus, but all kinds of benefits can be found, depending on your existing habits of movement.

Venue
Redland Quaker Meeting House, 126 Hampton Road, Redland BS6 6JE (First Floor Meeting Room)
Near the top of Hampton Road (which is parallel to Whiteladies Road) on the corner of Leyton Villas.
Bus 9 and 509 from the City Centre and Temple Meads stop around the corner on Clyde Road.
This is a larger venue than last year, so space is not limited. This means
last-minute places should be available (at the higher price) - turn up and pay on the day.
We'll be working on a wooden floor, so bring a mat and/or a blanket.
You can download a print version of this page for reference.
