Individual sessions in London

On Saturday October 22 I'll be offering individual Functional Integration sessions at The Open Centre in Old Street, London. Get in touch if you'd like to book.

 

Feldenkrais at London YogaShow

The Feldenkrais Guild is represented at this year's YogaShow at London's Olympia on October 28 - 30.
I'll be there (Stand C13) on the Sunday (30th), and teaching a 30 minute ATM class at 2.45 - 3.15.
Nikhila Ludlow will be there for the rest of the show, and she will be teaching a class on the Friday and Saturday. These classes are free, but spaces are limited and they're on a "first come, first served" basis - so come early if you'd like to take part.

 

Individual Sessions in Bodmin

For anyone living near Bodmin, I am giving individual Functional Integration lessons once every 4 weeks at Barguse Riding Centre, St Austell, Cornwall PL26 8RU
