Rocking, Rolling and Balance

Working with the subtle changes that enable balance and smooth shifts of weight. These are the fun lessons, playing with gravity and finding how to use volition. With a knowledge of how a movement works, dependency of the force of impetus is reduced, and rocking and rolling becomes easily stopped and reversed. Balance depends on constant small shifts, as we always move around a balancing point. The smaller these shifts are, the easier balance is to maintain.
