Getting to Newlyn

Newlyn is just over a mile from Penzance, which is on the main trainline from Paddington, or Bristol.
There are regular buses from Penzance or Mousehole to Newlyn, or it's an easy, level walk along the sea-front.

Access is on foot, with parking 5 minute's walk away.

If you have mobility issues, parking at the hall can be arranged.

Kit

You'll need a blanket to work on, and a camping mat if you need more comfort. Two mats stuck together lengthwise with tape are a good idea, and cheaper than a proper Feldenkrais mat (which is the very best thing !). There are some blankets in the hall, and I have some spare camping mats, so if you're coming by train you could use one of these.
Have enough layers available in case it's chilly, and socks to work in.


Accommodation

There are many hotels, B&Bs and self-catering cottages in Newlyn, Penzance, Mousehole and Paul, all of which are in 30 minutes' (or a lot less) walking distance from the Studio. With a car you could even stay in St Ives (30 mins drive away).

Payment

£50 deposit secures your place.
The balance is due one month before the workshop starts.

If you cannot come as arranged, your payment is usually not refundable unless your place is filled, in which case the balance (but not the deposit) will be refunded.
