with time for a holiday

I’ve included different lengths of lessons and different times to make it possible for everyone to attend at least once if they’d like to.
Each lesson stands on its own. All the lessons together make a course which covers a range of aspects of movements.
Some individual sessions are available. These can be booked through the form below. They are likely to get booked early.
All ATM classes (14 hours): £140
All weekend classes (Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 7 hours): £70
One hour class: £12
Two hour class: £24
Three hour class: £36
Individual (FI) session: £60
Please book for classes by sending me a deposit of 50% of the total – see how to pay for details. The balance is due one week before the class.
I will refund your deposit if you cancel one week before the class.

If Covid regulations mean the workshop cannot go ahead, I will refund all payments.
Penzance has a huge variety of holiday accommodation available, from camping and backpackers to posh hotels.
Best not to leave it too late!
